A Typical Day
Activities are undertaken indoor and outdoor throughout the day
9:00 – 9:45am
Registration and circle time
9:45 – 10:30am
Group work and activities. Including planned activities for key children and individual work with children depending on their needs. We will plan for children as a group and individually using both the inside and outside spaces. We will ask for lots of information from you to enable us to best care for and support your child in achieving their next steps.
10:30 – 12:00pm
Rolling snack period when children can choose to come and have their snack at any time
10:30 – 11:30am
Free Flow play between garden and classroom when children have the opportunity to play in any area they choose and with the activities they would like to play with
11:30 – 11.45am
Storytime / Songtime / Circle time activities
11.45am – 12:30pm
Lunch Time
12.30 – 2:30pm
Depending on the number of children in each day we will have the following sessions throughout the sessions:
Italian Classes
Music and Movement Sessions
Parachute Games
Art Classes
Cookery Sessions
2:30 – 2.45pm
Rest before home time
2:45pm
Home time
This represents a typical day, however activities will be altered to incorporate outdoor trips and planned outings. Please make sure that you drop your child off and collect them promptly so that they can fully benefit from the whole session
